1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the NExovant platform (available at nexovant.com and via our mobile apps), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Cookies Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the NExovant platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Account Registration

To access most features of the NExovant platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@nexovant.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Property Listings

NExovant acts as a marketplace connecting landlords, agents, and property seekers. We do not own, manage, or control any listed properties. You agree that:

• All property listings must be accurate and truthful.
• Fraudulent, misleading, or scam listings are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• NExovant reserves the right to remove any listing at any time without notice.
• Landlords and agents are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
• All properties must comply with applicable Nigerian laws and regulations.

5. Payments & Transactions

NExovant uses Paystack as our secure payment processor. By making a payment through our platform, you agree to Paystack's Terms of Service. NExovant is not responsible for payment failures, delays, or disputes between landlords and tenants. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment and are subject to our refund policy at the sole discretion of the relevant property owner and NExovant.

6. Affiliate & Earn Programs

Our affiliate and task-to-earn programs allow you to earn commissions or rewards by promoting NExovant services. Earned balances are subject to withdrawal limits and approval processes. NExovant reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these programs at any time. Any fraudulent activity within these programs will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earned balances.

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the platform.
• Collect or scrape user data without express permission.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse our services.

8. NExovant's Role & Liability

NExovant is a technology platform and marketplace. We are NOT a licensed real estate agency, broker, or financial institution. We do not verify the physical existence of listed properties, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of listing information. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Muvement Transportation Services

The Muvement feature is a ride-sharing service connecting drivers and passengers. NExovant is not a transportation company and does not employ drivers. All transportation arrangements are between the driver and passenger. NExovant is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses arising from Muvement rides.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the NExovant platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interface design, and code — is the property of NExovant Ltd. and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Termination

NExovant reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
